Small Group Personal Training for Mums + Women
Small group personal training sessions are all about feeling stronger and more connected than ever before through thoughtful and personalised strength training and movement coaching.
You can think of it like learning all the skills you need to be the mechanic of your own body so you can unlock greater athleticism, strength and fitness and reduce aches and pains.
I specifically work with mums (regardless of if you gave birth or not), peri-menopausal and post menopausal women who are looking for personalised coaching and a fun, non judgemental environment.
Common goals I can help with:
Teaching beginners to strength train and learn to lift weights safely, effectively and with consideration of your core and pelvic floor and any existing or previous injuries.
Teaching intermediate and experienced gym or class-goers with a higher level of detail and connection, where you can learn “why” and really unlock smooth, athletic movement through your gym training.
Facilitate lifestyle conversations - some conversations that come up often are:
The mental load of being a mum
Finding time and energy for it all
Managing training around your cycle, peri-menopause, pregnancy and other key life transitions.
Advice on nutrition, relaxation, habit building, motivation and general health and fitness questions.
Teach you how to manage and reduce aches and pains through movement coaching and education
Improve your fitness with targeted conditioning sections at the end of each workout
Teach you modifications so you can still train alongside your baby, even if they are needing you to hold them at all times!
Core recovery programs
The Core Recovery program gives you the manual you never had - how and when to ease back into moving your body after giving birth, with the kind of detailed coaching required to rebuild your core and pelvic floor so you can get back to the activities you used to love free from worries.
This course is suitable from 4 weeks post birth, and you can still attend months or years after giving birth. I believe everyone can benefit from this work, especially if you are experiencing any of the symptoms below.
Common conditions I can help with:
Abdominal separation (diastasis recti)
Safely starting exercise following prolapse (after clearance from a pelvic floor physiotherapist or GP)
Using movement to ease pelvic floor tension
Weakness in the core and tummy muscles
Lower back pain
Hip pain
Shoulder pain or shoulder tension
Leaking wee when coughing, sneezing or exercising
How and when to progress back into regular exercise
Strategies for Exercising with a new baby or older kids
Post natal Return to running program
Returning to running and impact exercise after pregnancy and birth can be daunting, and for this reason, many women won’t - or we will accept uncomfortable symptoms such as leaking wee when running, or avoiding jumping exercises in our favourite gym classes.
This course is designed to be with you each step of the way so you can build your strongest foundation for health and performance, free from pain and uncomfortable symptoms.
This course is suitable from 4 weeks post birth, and you can still attend months or years after giving birth. This course is for runners and anyone who would like to be able to run eventually, even if it feels miles off at the moment or you’ve never run before!
Common conditions I can help with:
Pelvic pain or feelings of weakness in the pelvic and tummy area when running and doing high impact exercises
Lack of confidence or fear around impact exercises following pregnancy and birth
Community and support for safe post natal return to running
Lower back and hip pain when running
Knee pain when running
Leaking wee or poo while running and doing impact exercises
Feeling like you need to “tense” or “hold it” so you don’t wee while running
Having to make frequent bathroom stops or adapt your running routes to be near toilets
Building running specific strength to improve performance and become fitter and stronger for running post pregnancy and beyond
1-1 Online coaching
Online coaching is the deep dive and continued support option for women who are seeking sustainable but meaningful transformation in how you feel in your body and in yourself.
This package weaves high-touch 1:1 support through the ebbs and flows to help you build a resilient mindset through weekly and ongoing communication, giving you the time to unearth deep motivation and real, practical self care - and the identity needed to actually make it happen within the constraints of your busy life and often, a busy brain.
You’ll receive a tailored 1:1 training program made with your body, preferences, schedule and equipment at the centre that evolves as you do, with detailed videos to help you unlock greater freedom and confidence in your movement.
This option is perfect for:
Unpredictable schedules, those who work away or travel fairly frequently, or can’t commit to regular scheduled in person sessions for any reason
Those with only short windows in the day to make exercise happen, but would like a regular commitment to a movement practise
Women who prefer to be in their own space, or on their own schedule
Someone who wants a full training plan, a more cost effective option than training in person multiple times a week
Someone who wants to build deep motivation through mindset and habit coaching tools, to create greater self trust and reduce internal resistance to making change
Those who are seeking detailed and compassionate 1:1 support on mindset and/or nutrition, as well as the movement aspect of coaching.
Events and Workshops
Workshops give us the chance to blend topic-specific education and hands-on practical learning so you can feel more confident and connected in your movement.
These are an ideal first step if you would like to learn more about training with me and see what it’s actually like, without the commitment right off the bat, or if you’re a confident mover but want a little exploration and novelty in your practice.
Sessions are 2 hours long and run roughly once a month.

Personal Training for Mums + Women
Personal training offers high-level one-to-one support for more complex goals, or for individuals who feel they would prefer a one-to-one approach in a private studio gym setting, such as:
Injury recovery or reducing general aches and pains through movement
Returning to exercise following discharge from working with a physio or doctor, for example after a joint replacement surgery.
Specific post natal rehab goals, including abdominal separation (Diastasis recti), returning to exercise following prolapse (when signed off from physio), or detailed post natal fitness coaching.
Using exercise to support mental health and general wellness
Training alongside and with respect for chronic pain, chronic health conditions and autoimmune conditions and for disabled individuals.
Training alongside hyper-mobility
Training for neurodiverse individuals or individuals with communication preferences who feel more comfortable in a 1:1 setting.
Please note that everyone is welcome in group sessions, and personal training simply an option available if you prefer to be in a 1:1 environment, or if you goals are more specific and would require 1:1 attention to best achieve those goals.
Personal training can be short duration (3 sessions +) or ongoing, based on your needs. The best way to learn more is to send an enquiry below.
