Feel Strong, Athletic and Mobile in 3 hours per week while training from home
Stuck between wanting to train hard, but feeling like you should be training smart?
For busy people who want to feel good, move well and stop waiting until Monday to start over again, the magic is doing both at the same time.
“I can’t recommend Anika highly enough. Her mindful approach to training completely changed the way I think about fitness. Every session feels intentional and tailored, not just physically but mentally too.” - Grace
Tell me if this resonates with you…
You want to be fit, strong, maybe a bit more toned and most of all, to have a consistent practice that FEELS good in your body, and gives you that lovely sense of accomplishment from pursuing a goal - especially when carving out time to exercise at all feels like a mountain in itself.
But there’s also this quiet contradiction. Deep down you know that this could feel more doable amidst the chaos of your day to day.
You wonder if you could get better results from the effort you put in.
And maybe you could even have more fun doing it.
You’re in the right place if:
You’ve tried before: You find the time to search for programs, YouTube videos, or try the odd fitness class - it never becomes a consistent practise that survives the weeks where life is life-ing.
You’re nostalgic: You remember days when you felt strong, athletic and could (nearly) touch your toes.. but it feels a longgg way from where you are now, despite your best efforts.
Your brain and your body struggle to compromise: You’ve tried to get moving, but your brain’s desire for high energy, exciting fitness doesn’t match your fluctuating energy levels and motivation, or your knee’s opinion on the program that ChatGPT wrote for you.
You know you should: “Should” lift weights for your longevity, “should” focus on muscle and bone health as you age - but your funny back or shoulder starts whinging whenever you finally get some proper momentum with training. Oh, and you don’t like doing things because you “should” - that just kills the fun of it!
Your brain is so full: Adding another thing feels more like an obligation and less like self care. Your body is asking you to move - but taking that first step (again) sends you right back to overwhelm.
If that sounds like you, you’re in the right place!
I knew something didn’t feel right, but I just didn’t believe I could keep fit if I slowed down or tried something different
I was so attached to my identity as a hard worker, someone who was driven and determined that I ignored the foundation that would give me to the base to build true, lifelong athleticism
Being so accustomed to nagging back pain, chronic knee pain and frequent hip and shoulder issues meant I ignored them in pursuit of going heavier and faster - further disconnecting from my body with every session.
And so the cycle continued:
Do it all - be “perfect”, work myself hard, prove I could do it all
Inevitably burn out, get injured or feel awful about a poor performance
Beat myself up and plan to do extra next week to make up for it, or…
…more often than not, take a few weeks to gather the motivation to get back to it and wallow in feeling completely stuck instead (I mean, sorry if you feel called out, and also - so relatable!)
When I finally couldn’t do it anymore, I had to find a way that DID work…
And here’s what shifted for me:
Space for rest. Rest is a superpower. Doing less meant my energy was reserved for the most potent and impactful stuff.
Exercise as a tool for self care and not self punishment. I developed a toolbox I can go to whenever my body feels a bit ropey - I think of it like being the mechanic of my own body.
I became more consistent. I didn’t dread sessions when I wasn’t feeling 100%. Instead, showing up imperfectly meant both my bad days and my good days were more productive.
No more nagging back pain, pelvic floor tension, hip pain, shoulder pain, and knee pain. I now realise it’s all connected, and training can help.
Stopped spending hours trying to fix my aches and pains by going after each thing individually - I finally had a system that accounted for how everything plays together.
All this - while becoming a parent and building a business from scratch.
That’s to say - life didn't get any easier.
What changed is that I started to really consider my capacity, and training had to reflect that too.
A complete training plan that gives you everything you need, without burning you out or asking for perfection to get results.
Finally, intentional strength training that’s fun AND thoughtful.
If you’ve been training for years, always picking between fitness and health - let me show you how to do both. No burnout, no “go hard or go home”…but I won’t go easy on you either!
And if you’ve never trained before - you get to build a strong foundation and own your athleticism from the very start
“I wanted to learn more about weight training but always found the gym intimidating. As I entered my 40s, building strength and confidence became a priority. Over the last six months, Anika has helped me do exactly that. I’d been struggling with lateral hip pain, and her knowledge and guidance have genuinely improved my movement and reduced the discomfort. I’d highly recommend Anika as a coach, whatever your starting point.”

The Process
Connect
The things most fitness classes miss is that you’re disconnected from yourself, technique is taught as a one size fits all, and you never truly FEEL your body.
We spend time connecting and getting the right muscles working within each movement, so you can feel grounded and confident in in each exercise, own your range in each joint, and build solid foundations to work with.
Integrate
The connection integrates into a whole body system, improving your core strength, balance, and agility as we progress to faster movements.
Athleticism in the form of jumping, explosive movements and heavier strength work become a seamless progression from the work you’ve already done in the Connect Phase.
Explore
Now that you’ve opened up more movement and started to build whole body resilience , we get away from perfect movement and challenge your movement in multiple directions.
We challenge flexibility across the whole body system, and give you some room to explore and be IN your body when the rules fall away. This makes you more robust and nimble, as you explore your movement from every angle.
Sustain
Phew.. this is where we work you hard. When your body works as a system, in harmony - hard work becomes a part of your freedom, not a way to punish your body.
Instead of ignoring pain and tightness during the workout and having to “fix it” after, you’ll finish the workout feeling refreshed and connected - but sweaty, tired and with a sense of accomplishment too.

“But what if I’m really, really busy?” you ask…
Exactly! I made this program for people like you!
I’ll let you in on a secret. When I started offering online coaching as a 21 year old who lived in the gym and had plenty of time to train, I didn’t really “get” why you’d want to work with someone online either.
And then one day, in walked Mei, a mum of 2 young kiddos with a high powered job for a personal training consultation.
As we discussed her goals, how her job required pretty frequent travel, and the odds of kids being sick and throwing a spanner in the works - I realised a twice weekly personal training appointment had no chance.
I knew SHE could do it - we just needed to work the plan around her life, and not the other way around.
It was clear as day: to get the results she wanted, in a setup that would make consistent training possible around her other commitments… it had to be online coaching.
So I sold my first online coaching package with the most conviction I’ve ever sold anything in my life - because It just MADE SENSE.
And listen, I know that you might sometimes wish you could make it to the gym 5 days a week like you used to (honestly, me too)
Let’s be real - I know your home workout kit doesn’t necessarily fill you with glee.
But this season is about being adaptable - not throwing in the towel altogether.
Your head is already full. But I KNOW you - You have the drive to get amazing results. You’re just trying to do it on hard mode.
It’s time to start looking out for yourself.
What d’ya say, are you ready to break a sweat?
Hi, I’m Anika Crane
I’m a toddler mum, Personal trainer, Nutrition and mindset coach with enough qualifications under my belt to bore you at a dinner party.
But I know that’s not what you’re here for. Amidst the qualifications and the 7+ years of experience I have teaching a vast array of clients online and in person, I’m an everyday person who kept going in the same loops - self criticism, burnout, running on fumes, and not leaving much time or energy for me.
Coming from an athletic background, I struggled with motivation, consistency and overwhelm - and I still do sometimes, but now I have the skills to work through it without hating myself into change.
At the same time, through hours of learning, testing and refining with real clients and myself, I’ve developed my own methodology that integrates strength, flexibility and power in a way that respects the harmony of the human body but drives to improve performance at the same time.
And now I want to share it with you!

Let me be real for sec, I’m not about patronising you or keeping you feeling stuck
I don’t believe in dumming down the way I teach movement just because the fitness industry has made us feel like postnatal people, midlife women or anyone who feels tired (okay, exhausted to our bonesss) sometimes should be scared to move our bodies, get really fit and enjoy pushing our body’s abilities further.
And at the same time, I know you might be feeling a bit flat… a bit scattered, and not sure if all that high energy stuff is really You any more.
When you have a properly programmed coaching plan, you’re striking the balance between just enough to improve, but not so much that it exhausts you - and that’s why a structured plan is essential to keeping consistent even when you’re feeling a bit “meh”.
If you’re anything like the clients I tend to work with, there’s also this weird contradiction:
You’re caught between contentment at this stage of your life - you’re grateful, so much happier, and in a lot of ways - you’ve got a lot of the stuff that matters pretty figured out.
But you still miss that part of you who used to get a thrill from doing hard things, and getting her back feels a bit out of reach.
And if you dare to be nostalgic for a second, you might wonder if you’ll ever get back there. If you’re too old. If you should just hang up your boots and be grateful for your body as it is.
Here’s the thing: If settling into the idea that it’s too late for you was the answer you really wanted, you wouldn’t still be reading.
But you are, and I think it’s because that girl who was determined and scrappy and relentless built the life you have now- and you can be eternally grateful for the things she gave you.
But maybe the time has come where you need to call her up, hang out and have some fun together too.
It’s Fitness coaching, yes.
But really, it’s finding the real, authentic you and breathing life into her again.
